How long does a typical engagement take?
Since we build custom AI models, there is no “typical.”
However, most projects take 1–3 months, which includes developing a tailored AI strategy, securely accessing your data, ensuring privacy and compliance, cleaning and preprocessing the data, building the AI models themselves.
Once the core models are in place, we often install a layer of agentic AI—such as interactive chatbots or dashboards—so your team can “talk to the model” directly. This final step transforms static insights into a dynamic, everyday tool your team can actually use.
How much of my time will this take?
Once the project is started, we only need 1 hour every other week to give you and your team an update, share insights, and get any questions answered.
In the first few weeks of the project, we may need 3-5 hours (in total) as we get access to the data, set up secure environments, and become familiar with the data and your business.
